Yarn:
This project is definitely a stash buster, so get your scrap yarn out! I used Vanna’s Choice by Lion Brand for my hearts because I had tons of scraps from previous projects, but you can use practically any yarn, any weight, and any hook size to make these. The options are endless, so get creative and try out some different combinations of yarn & hooks.

You can also use this crochet heart pattern to make appliqués and sew your hearts onto other projects. One little heart can easily add some extra cuteness to a beanie, handbag, or any project! Make sure to subscribe to my blog for updates on new projects and free crochet patterns!

CROCHET HOOK: 6.5mm

These are just the materials that I used to make my hearts. You can use any size hook you want to achieve your desired heart size and virtually any type & weight of yarn.
